"Barefoot" Footwear

LivingBarefoot Reviews

Coming Soon!

We are excitedly awaiting several products shipped directly from several manufacturers for review on LivingBarefoot.

Feelmax shoes from Finland is going to be sending samples of their soft-soled shoes for review. These shoes show great promise for winter bare-footers who want to have some extra warmth, and for those of us who have to wear, or choose to wear shoes while at work or play.

Injinji, makers of wonderful high quality toe-socks are going to send samples for review as well. I expect these to be a wonderful addition to the bare-footers wardrobe when cooler temperatures demand a little extra protection.

We are in the process of talking with Terra Plana, makers of the Vivo Barefoot line of shoes. These shoes also have an ultra-thin sole, designed to give a barefoot experience even when wearing shoes. Like Feelmax, we feel these shoes will be an excellent alternative for a bare-footer who can’t really be barefoot.

Finally, we have yet to hear back from Vibram. We are hoping they will send us a sample of their Vibram Fivefingers Flow shoes. This shoe, unlike most of their other shoes has neoprene, and should prove to be an excellent cold weather shoe for those who don’t mind the unusual, but perfectly anatomical look of these shoes. We are looking forward to testing these with the Injinii line of toe-socks – we anticipate they will make an excellent pair!
