  1. I enjoyed the interview with Barefoot Ted, I am going to check out his book tomorrow. Being a fitness consultant here in NYC I have conducted my indoor and prior outdoor BootCamp classes barefooted and welcome participants to do the same if they wish. I started back running the streets again after a near 2 year layoff and only recently running the westside highway in my 5finger vibrams and I simply love it. My calf muscle, feet and I have been relearning to work in a whole new way. My background is as a dancer, I specialize in African dance and Acrobatics, so this is too a come back around and at 52 years of age. Hey tell Bob he got my interested up checking out skateboarding and Victorian Big wheel bicycling. If I can find one would love to try it, hell I have 2 Unicycles and 1 6′Uni just sitting in the closet for many years. Hey, I gotta make time. Well, anyway, given, will be running my 1st 10k in my 5fingers in Brooklyn Oct 11th, will keep you posted. Last, I want to win a pair of the those new Treks, SIZE 44 PLEASE!!! All the best. AA

  4. Hi Akwesi, Just to let you know that Barefoot Ted didn’t write the book. He was featured in Born to Run, which was written by Christopher Macdougall.
