I read an article of someone who mentioned his feet actually reduced in size from walking/running barefoot. I find my already indian foot maybe even widen, though my feet do feel stronger. Unfortunately I have this joint ache or discomfort in my left #1 metatarsal, more apparent in the winter months. At age 53 I wear a 111/2-12, where as at 37 101/2-11 was my size (I can't fit back in my Tapdance shoes!). Are there any others out there noticing such differences?
